For our bags, we use high-quality recyclable materials and welded metallic parts. This allows the product to look nice and protects it from corrosion. All products are thoroughly tested to ensure safety for you and your pet. Keep in mind, however, that intensive use with frequent mechanical friction might damage the coating. The metallic parts would then lose their shine and might get slightly scratched.

Delivery - By standard all orders are shipped with a tracked shipping method DHL. The delivery takes 3-6 working days on average within the EU. Shipping costs are shown at the checkout.

Processing - The time we need to prepare your order for shipping varies. All of our products are made by us in our small workshop. Processing time depends on the seasonality and the current demand. Current production time estimate is 14 working days.
